Your Explanation: okeh so i was warden, and i told them to go to the start of climb. it was around 8:50 and i said finish by 8:30 start climb. for reference, i did not say no cheating, which would prompt the reds to swim through the red side area of climb to finish the minigame fast. There were people trying to "cheat" by leaving the minigame and i do not consider that cheating, i consider that leaving the minigame. not to mention that i also specified dont leave the minigame. As there was 3 reds that finished climb by 8:30 i told those 3 to follow me while also telling the blues that all the reds in climb were kos. after this i was shotgunned to death by a red and then i was guardbanned. WHY

Not tf2 related but I was admin in 2 previous pretty popular servers for two different games.

Why do you want to be an admin?(1 sentence minimum):
With this server being so fresh, I want to bring a new light into the "moderating" scene. I think that being a moderator/admin in a growing jb server will help me learn things and become better at not only the gamemode but the moderating experience for this so-called gamemode too. 

What can you bring to help the server?:
With my past experience in moderating, I think I can handle a jb server pretty well, I know all of the rules this gamemode has and when somebody breaks them.
I'm also good at other things:
- I had a discord server of 600 members created by me (now deleted) and I was doing all the moderating, and I think I did a pretty good job considering nobody reported seeing anything bad on there. (for the most part)
- I know how to program/code (if this helps at all)
- I know how to communicate freely, as I am a social person.
- People online seem to be pretty fine with me when it comes to my personality, so I think I will come along as a good mod/admin to others.
- I speak spanish(a little bit),italian(a little bit),english(C1/ALMOST NATIVE),french(A2),romanian(C1/NATIVE) and (a little bit) of german, and also I can understand plenty of languages! (even though I do not speak them)
