Update before Event

  Bhop LR (Introducing a new Last Request: Bhop Day!. This grants everyone the ability to bunny hop (bhop) for the duration of the day/round.)
  Voting For Warden (A new system has been implemented allowing any guard to join the warden voting queue by typing

before the round begins. If only one guard joins the queue, that person is automatically appointed as the warden when the round starts. If more than one person has joined the queue, a vote will be initiated to where REDs vote for who should be warden, for the day/round.) Suggested by @haranuu

  Menus (The visual design of several menus has been updated, specifically the Warden Menu.)
  Saxton WeighDown (We've nerfed Saxton's WeighDown ability (fast descent). The ability is locked until the Saxton's Slam meter reaches **50% or higher** (i.e., the progress bar turns yellow).)
  Saxton Rage (We've reduced the stun effect to 5.0s -> 3.0s)
